Dolphin Inter Club Swim Meet on Sunday at Aquatic Centre

Dolphin Speed Swim Club will host an inter-club swim meet on Sunday at the National Aquatic Centre, Liliendaal, in aid of the Goodwill Games which will be held in St. Lucia later this year.

The meet will see some of the country’s top swimmers partake and Dolphin’s very own

Patrice Mahaica, Andrew Fowler, Kenita Mahaica, Ashley Inniss and Sekhel Tzedek will be action.

Eyes will be on Patrice Mahaica, who captured bronze in the 50m breast stroke at the Goodwill games in Trinidad and Tobago back in 2015 and also Fowler, who stands a chance of attending the RIO 2016 Olympics.

German’s Restaurant proprietor, Clinton Urling Meet with an undisclosed donated an undisclosed cash incentive.

Also Amalgamated Security Services (Guyana) Limited made a donation towards the first place trophy.

Vice-president of the Dolphin Swim Club Shefetah Tzedek thanked the security service for their continued support of the club.
