Sixty-six-year-old Daniel Rose of Smythfield New Amsterdam, Berbice, and Patrick Rose, 62, of Kaneville, Grove Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara (EBD), were both granted bail in the sum of 40,000 each on a felonious wound charge.
They reportedly appeared before Magistrate Renita Singh on Tuesday where the charge was read to them. They reportedly committed that act on the victim on October 20, 2021.
However, the two men were not required to plead to the charge when it was read to them. They were nevertheless, released on bail and are expected to make another court appearance on November 26, 2021.
