Football lovers can catch the final round in the Georgetown Football Association’s (GFA) Stag Premier League on Sunday at the Georgetown Football Club ground.
Action will kick off at 14:00h and will run until 22:15h, as all eight teams do battle on the final day of the round robin stage. In the first game, Campton will take on Flamingo, while Beacon will face Rhythm Squad in the second. The penultimate game will see Police Sports Club take on Northern Rangers.
Meanwhile, in the day’s ultimate game leaders, Western Tiger play against second place Santos. The results of Sunday’s games will determine the finalists. However, Western Tigers – the team that has stood out in the tournament – and a resurgent Santos hold the advantage of advancing.
