Over the past few weeks, the Giftland Mall at Pattensen, Greater Georgetown has welcomed a string of new establishments, as the complex seeks to expand their services in an effort to better cater to customers by offering a wide array of eye-catching selections.

During a media tour on Friday, the Mall introduced to the public four new businesses which have set up shop at the one stop safe and convenient location. Among these new concessions are a Chinese food and beverages franchise, a top brands clothing store, an American style hot dog stand and a brand new executive lounge.
The day’s event kicked off with the unveiling of the Shinning House Chinese Restaurant which promises an excitingly new taste to the Chinese cuisine already existing in Guyana. This eating establishment is the extension of a franchise which is among the more popular choices in China.
Also new at the Giftland Mall is a significant enhancement to The Strip; that is the installation of a luxurious executive lounge. The lounge allows for a more relaxing environment, tucked away in the comfort of a cozy sports bar and dining setting.
Meanwhile, though already operating in Guyana for some time now, Azelea’s Top Brands has relocated to the Giftland Mall. When Guyana Times visited the store’s new location on Friday, media operatives were greeted with an assortment of high quality male and female clothing, all deemed original brands.
According to the store’s owner, Raveena Piaralall, the clothing establishment offers a variety of clothing brands, namely Calvin Klien, Express, Aeropostale, Guess, Levis, Kenneth Cole, Armani Exchange, American Eagle and Hollister, among others.
Steps away from this renowned fashion entity is Unique Innovations. This establishment is one of the leading importers, wholesaler/retailers, and distributors of mobile accessories, parts and hardware in addition to gadgets.
Meanwhile, also making the cut of new concessionaires now available at the Giftland Mall is upscale New York styled, Big Kahuna Hot Dogs. Big Kahuna serves up the best hot dogs in Guyana, with their specially boiled and grilled sausages, offered on steamed buns. The hotdog stands which can be found just outside of the building provides a variety of toppings which includes jalapenos, bacon bits, fried onions among others which is an addition to the usual mix.
This, along with the other newly introduced business establishments, all add a special touch to the experience provided at the complex, living up to the promise of a wide array of products and services under one roof. As such, the public is invited to visit and cash in on the special deals and selections offered at these recently launched entities now housed at the Giftland Mall.
