LGC launches 16th edition of Torginol Paints Golf Extravaganza
The annual Torginol Paints Golf Tournament is scheduled to be played on Saturday, June 1.

Delighted that the weather has not affected playing conditions at the Lusignan Golf Club (LGC), President Aleem Hussain thanked the marketing team for their continued support.
Administrative Assistant Rajesh Ramgolam, and Dianne Deoraj and Robert Singh from the marketing team were on hand as Stacy Wong handed over the sponsorship cheque at a simple launching ceremony at the company’s Industrial Site head office.
Ramgolam, on behalf of the company, reiterated Torginol’s 16 years of commitment to supporting the Golf Club and the sport in Guyana which it plans to continue.
In response, Club President Hussain expressed gratitude on the LGC’s behalf, for such resolute support from Torginol Paints.
He said, “Torginol is the only locally manufactured paint with a special formula to beat the harsh weather conditions in Guyana. Similarly, the top golfers will strive to win the Torginol Paints trophy and beat tough competition to emerge at the top of the field.”
