When the 11th edition of the Edward Screw Richmond Schools U18 Football tournament was staged, day two encounters on Wednesday at the Wisburg Secondary School ground saw Linden Foundation Secondary winning for the second time when they defeated hosts Wisburg Secondary 1-0.
Mackenzie High won for the first time when they scored a 2-0 win over Harmony Secondary.
Today another two matches are slated to be played at the tournament venue, the Wisburg Secondary School ground. In the first game, at 14:45hrs, Mackenzie High and Linden Technical Institute face each other; while in the next game, at 16:00hrs, Wisburg Secondary will take on New Silvercity Secondary
In the latest results in this tournament Shedrack Mackenzie was the player to net the lone goal for his side, Linden Foundation Secondary, as they beat Wisburg from his 25th minute goal.
In the other game, Lebron Deflorimonte and Zidaine McIntyre were the scorers in the 23rd and 51st minutes respectively. They ensured the Mackenzie High win against Harmony.
