People’s Progressive Party pays tribute to Tony Cozier

World Renowned Legend Cozier is no Longer! A true Son of the Caribbean soil, a Legend the master Tony Cozier, passed away on Wednesday morning at the Bay View Hospital in Barbados. Tony Cozier was the voice of West Indian Cricket.Toney Cozier, the West Indian cricket writer, commentator and Journalist,the true voice of the Caribbean people for more than fifty years will besadly missed. The People’s Progressive Party (PPP) will like to extend, on behalf of all our members and thousands of supporters, our heartfelt sympathy to his dear wife Jillian, his son Craig and daughter Natalie, his grand children and his extended family the cricket fraternity all over the world. Our Party, the PPP, recognized his tremendous contribution to the development of cricket the real unifying force in the Caribbean. He was theCaribbean Ambassador who markets our cricket as the best product in the Cricketing world. The Master Cozier was able to identify scores of young cricketers and help them to achieve Greatness in cricket. He covered more than three hundred test matches and release stress and pains as spectators all over the world listened and watched his live ball by ball coverage. The Tony Cozier legacy must unite our people as we celebrate the great works he  left with us.
