P&P Insurance Brokers spreads Christmas cheer

P&P Insurance Brokers, a Guyanese company that provides a wide array of insurance services to both the private and public sectors, has made generous contributions to several orphanages, senior homes and rehabilitation centres, embracing the Christmas spirit.

The monetary donations were presented to the 12 benefitting organisations during the company’s annual event.
Each charitable organisation received $125,000, to better help and serve the children, seniors and others, especially during the Christmas season.
In light of one regular recipient becoming defunct, another organisation was added to the list to benefit from the funds.
Executive Director of the insurance company, Vikash Panday expressed hope that the contributions will assist the various organisations in some way.
“We are aware of the many challenges you face in trying to discharge your responsibilities and we hope that these donations will be of some help to you. We would like to take this opportunity to wish each and every one of you a peaceful Christmas and a Happy New Year.”
This donation is only a small part of the company’s community outreach as during the year, day in and day out, P&P assists in medical, education and sports events amongst others.
The recipients are: Bless the Children Home, Canaan Children Home, Ptolemy Reid Rehabilitation Centre, Uncle Eddie’s Home, Friends of the Archer’s Home, The Dharam Shala, David Rose School for the Handicapped, Cheshire Homes Guyana, Hauraruni Girls Home, Tina Insanally Foundation, Bal Nivas Shelter, and Joshua House Children Centre.
