The event saw a variety of games and entertainment for children including, trampolines, slides, bouncy castles, among others.
Children accompanied by their parents were allowed to get a glimpse of Mrs Claus and her helper, whom the company said: “Will deliver the wish list to Santa Claus”.
General Manager of SOL Guyana, Liz White explained that even though the event was solely for children, parents were allowed to win spectacular prizes.
“We are giving away things from SOL and Shell all for free and a few games for the adults so we keep the parents entertained as well. We have lots of giveaways for people, but this is all about the children”, she said.
She further added that the SOL team catered for children in the capital city, Georgetown.

Apart from meeting and greeting Mrs Claus, the children were also treated to meals, gifts and goodies.
Meanwhile, White related that the remainder of the food and gifts are donated to orphanages in Georgetown.
White also encouraged corporate Guyana to get on board next Christmas to make the event bigger and better.
“The more the merrier. The more we can give away to kids and help them during this wonderful season, the merrier everybody will be”, she said
Throughout the event, friendly soundtracks were played while children got their faces painted and photos taken with Mrs Claus.
