Simmons’ domination helps River’s View claim Bartica All Stars Championship
In a showdown worthy of a final, the River’s View football team held off their Beacons counterparts to win the Bartica All-Stars Knockout Tournament on Tuesday night by a scoreline of five goals to their opponents’ three.

With both teams choosing to attack with aggression, it was the River’s View boys who, in front of their screaming fans, managed more finishes on target, with four goals being scored through the skills of Andrew Simmons and one coming off the boots of Omario Lake.

The Bartica All-Stars Knockout Tournament consisted of four nights of football action between eight clubs affiliated to the Bartica Football Association.
