South Turkeyen Sports Committee to host Fun Day on Sunday at Better Hope ground, ECD
The South Turkeyen Sports Committee (STSC) will be hosting a Family Fun Day on Sunday, November 20, at the Community Centre ground in Better Hope, East Coast Demerara.
Johnny Barnwell is the organiser of the Fun Day
The event commences at 10hrs, and an under-14 football competition, five-a-side small-goal football competition, six-over softball matches for area teams, 80-metre race for girls and boys, and a 9-team domino competition are on the cards.
At stake are trophies/medals and a cash incentive donated by the general contracting firm of Orgasein & Sons. All teams interested in participating can call 666-2950 for further details.
The Fun Day is organised by Johnny ‘Overseas’ Barnwell and Darren.
