Sharing his bit on the competition as it was being play during the course of the day was Senior Commentator and softball fanatic John Ramsingh, in a statement Ramsingh said, “What I’m seeing is the intensity among teams in terms of competition. Teams that were deemed pre-tournament favorite, they are not necessarily having a good time so far. It goes well for the competition, the competition is stiff, it is not that you are here and you will show up or because you are favorites you will generally win. This time around we find that teams are coming really hard, they have strengthened and have been targeting the bigger teams. Because of that we can have some upsets this year.”
