The AC Marriott Carlton Wheelers Cycling Club will host its 2026 road race on Sunday, July 26, with cyclists competing for a total prize purse of GY$376,000 across six categories.
The event is scheduled to begin at 07:30h outside the AC Marriott Hotel and will feature competition in the Open, Masters Over-40, Masters Over-50, Category Four, Juniors/Juveniles and Ladies divisions.
Cyclists will start at the hotel and proceed north before turning at the Ogle Airport stoplight. They will then travel south to the U-turn along the Ogle to East Bank Bypass Road before returning to the starting point.

The Open, Masters Over-40, Category Four and Juniors/Juveniles riders will each complete eight laps. The Masters Over-50 competitors will race over four laps, while the ladies’ division will cover two laps.
The Open category carries the largest share of the prize money, with GY$40,000 going to the winner. The second-place finisher will receive GY$35,000, while third through sixth will earn GY$30,000, GY$25,000, GY$20,000 and GY$15,000, respectively.
The Masters Over-40 and Category Four divisions will each offer GY$20,000 for first place, GY$15,000 for second and GY$10,000 for third.
The winner of the Masters The over-50 category will collect GY$15,000, with GY$12,000 and GY$10,000 awarded to the second- and third-place finishers.
The top three juniors/juveniles will receive GY$20,000, GY$15,000 and GY$10,000, respectively. In the Ladies category, the winner will earn GY$10,000, while the runner-up will receive GY$8000.
An additional GY$21,000 will be available through six sprint prizes valued at GY$3500 each.
