In the Championship section, three of the four quarter-final matches required penalty kicks to determine a winner. Island All-Stars edged Festival City 5–4 on sudden-death penalties after regulation time ended goalless, while Leopold Street also advanced from a scoreless affair, defeating Gold is Money 2–1 from the penalty mark. Bent Street B produced one of the standout performances of the night, upsetting a star-studded Sparta Boss 2–1 on penalties following another 0–0 stalemate. In the only match settled in regulation time, New Bay Ballers defeated National All-Stars 2–1 to book their place in the semi-finals.

The result involving Bent Street B was particularly notable, as they, considered the less-fancied of the two Bent Street teams, held firm against a Sparta Boss unit once regarded as one of the most dominant forces in small-goal football.
Meanwhile, in the Plate segment, North East La Penitence secured a narrow 1–0 victory over Broad Street, while Team Cruel advanced via walkover against Team Immaculate. Albouystown delivered the most decisive result of the segment, thrashing East Coast All-Stars 4–0, and defending champions Laing Avenue overcame Z-Tekk 2–1 to progress.
With the quarter-final stage completed, the four losing teams from the Championship section will now join the four winners from the Plate segment to contest the next phase of knockout games on April 29. North East La Penitence will face Festival City, Team Cruel will oppose National All-Stars, Albouystown will meet Gold is Money, and Laing Avenue will take on Sparta Boss.
In the Championship semi-finals, Leopold Street will clash with New Bay Ballers, while Island All-Stars are set to battle Bent Street B for a place in the final.
