High Court Judge Franklyn Holder has recused himself from the Carvil Duncan case.
This announcement comes at the heels of Prime Minister, Moses Nagamootoo pushing for Holder to withdraw himself from the case in light of the brewing tension with Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Basil Williams over the accusation of threat to the judge in March.
