Kaieteur Attack club takes Keep Fit series to Linden–Soesdyke Highway

The Kaieteur Attack Racing Cycling Club will host another edition of its Keep Fit Race Series today, Sunday, September 13, with cyclists set to contest an approximately 60-mile race along the Linden–Soesdyke Highway.
The race is scheduled to start at 07:00h at the Glass Factory Junction and finish at the Linden Highway Police Outpost. Organisers have listed admission at GY$1000.
Riders will follow an out-and-back course, travelling approximately 30 miles to a designated turning point before beginning the return journey to the finish.
The highway route will place distance and endurance at the centre of the latest event in the 2026 series. Cyclists will need to manage their effort over both legs of the course as they work towards completing the approximately 60-mile challenge.
The club is encouraging riders to arrive prepared for the distance and the demands of the Linden–Soesdyke Highway, with organisers anticipating a fast and demanding contest.
