Twenty-seven-year-old Michael Sampson, personal trainer of a 14-year-old female, was on Monday found guilty of sexually assaulting this female, and has been sentenced by City Magistrate Judy Latchman to four years’ imprisonment.
The charge Sampson had faced had alleged that he sexually assaulted the lass on February 19, 2018 at Delhi Street, Prashad Nagar. The 14-year-old female had reportedly been at Sampson’s home on the day in question, and he allegedly had touched her inappropriately. The matter was reported to the Police, and he accordingly was charged.
Sampson had initially denied the allegation, and had been placed on $75,000 bail pending his trial.
