The first all-female team representing Guyana at the First Global Challenge since its inception in 2017 is in the robotics play-offs in Singapore.
Ariel Taylor (Co-Captain); T’Sehai Holder (Co-Captain); Xaria Holder (Strategist); Lateisha MacArthur (Driver) and Italy Ton-Chung (Driver) competed against teams from 190 other countries over the last three days and were able to make it to the play-offs, a release from St Stanislaus College on Tuesday stated.

Team Guyana secured a top-25 spot and is the highest ranked team out of the Caribbean this year.
Other members of the team are Arrianna Mahase (Coach); Joshua Reece (Mentor); Tarico Henry (Mentor) and Shamar Stewart (Mentor). Four of the members are from St Stanislaus College.
