Home Sports Darts Association hosting fundraiser today at MSC
The Guyana Darts Association (GDA) will be hosting a fish-fry today at the Malteenoes Sports Complex, Thomas Lands, Georgetown.
This event is solely geared towards raising funds to cover the team’s expenses when they travel to Trinidad and Tobago in July for the Caribbean Championship and America’s Cup where they will seek to successfully defend their titles.
The GDA further thanked those who came on-board to help in preparation for the fundraising event. Those entities include Fawaz Mohammed of Paradise Food Industry (PFI) for the boxes and bags, Narine’s Trading and Alin Mohammed (Whity) for the condiments and Doodnauth Sookram, who donated the fish.
Meanwhile, the Association has further thanked players; Fedel Hunter, Terence Joseph, Nicholas Young, Victorine Chandro, Sheik Yaseen, Adrian Damon, Lallchand Rambharose and the Malteenoes Club for always supporting the GDA.
Tickets cost $1000, with the event commencing at 13:00h and ending at 18:00h at the Club.
