The Guyana Amateur Basketball Federation on Tuesday released the full list of female players that will be representing Guyana at the Caribbean Basketball Confederation (CBC) Championships in Suriname later this month.
The 12-member team will travel to Suriname for their engagement from June 15 to June 22.
The female team that will be representing Guyana
Made up of predominantly high school players, the Senior National Women’s team include: Ginelle Ifill (Captain); Miriam McKenzie (co-captain); Jada Mohan; Annalisa Barclay; Saffiya Greene; Kennesha Leacock; Roschelle Campbell; Demelza Nicholas; Caron Bobb-Semple; Makeida Rogers; Cliffanna Hunter and Kesann Charles.
They will be accompanied by team manager Ann Gordon, Head Coach Troy Greene, Assistant Coach Dave Causway, and physiotherapist and physical conditioner Jonas Anestal. The national team will depart on June 15.
