Bartica is gearing up for an electrifying showcase of futsal talent with the inaugural edition of the Bartica Super Cup Futsal Championship, which is scheduled to take place on July 16 and 17, with the grand finale pencilled in for July 19 at the Bartica Community Centre hard court.
The highly anticipated tournament will bring together some of Bartica’s most competitive and recognisable teams, including Mighty Ruler, Jones Avenue, Misdemeanour, Genosyde, Almanack Kings, Rivers View, Goal Raiders, Hill Top Boys, and Top Form, among others. Fans can expect three days of intense competition, exciting rivalries, and high-quality futsal action.

The tournament is being coordinated by siblings Brian and Oswin Joseph, alongside Troy Lambert and Ryan Hackett, who expressed their excitement about launching what they hope will become one of Bartica’s premier sporting events.
“We are extremely excited to bring the Bartica Super Cup Futsal Championship to the community for the very first time. The response from teams, sponsors, and supporters has been overwhelming, and we are confident that the tournament will deliver a thrilling experience for players and fans alike while promoting sportsmanship, unity, and community engagement,” the coordinators stated.
