Deborah Taitt, 44, of 25 Powis Crescent, Amelia’s Ward, Mackenzie, Linden, was granted bail for an assault charge when she appeared at the Linden Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Clive Nurse.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge which stated that she unlawfully assaulted Phillip Gomes at Powis Crescent on August 26.
She received bail in the sum of $5000 and was scheduled to make another court appearance on September 21.
