Ravon Vannooten added the third in the 42nd minute, completing the scoring as GDF kept Western Tigers without a reply.
Santos, meanwhile, scored all four of their goals before halftime to put themselves in control against Police.
Alex Bentick struck in the second minute, and Vasconcellos made it 2–0 in the 13th. Tyree Johnson pulled one back for Police in the 22nd minute, but Santos responded with two more goals before the break.
Vasconcellos completed his double in the 31st minute, while Cosmic Thomas added another in the 36th to give Santos a 4–1 halftime lead.
Johnson scored his second in the 51st minute to reduce the deficit, but Police could not close the gap further as Santos finished with a two-goal winning margin.
