Improvised weapons confiscated during family dispute

Two improvised firearms were found at Bamboo Landing, White Water Village, North West District (NWD), Region One (Barima-Waini), on Thursday.
Police stated that ranks responded to a family dispute in the area, during which an improvised firearm was retrieved from a male. Further searches led to the discovery of another improvised firearm at a nearby residence.
In light of the discovery, a 33-year-old chainsaw operator from Bamboo Landing, White Water Village, was arrested while others were questioned as investigations continue.
