Bent Street vs Broad Street headlines colossal clashes
GT Beer/Petra Futsal Championships…
The group stages of the second edition of the Petra Organised GT Beer Futsal Championship will commence tonight at the National Gymnasium from 19:30h with six matches.
It was high intensity thus far which will only explode when the group stages kick off tonight at the National Gymnasium
The feature clash will certainly be explosive when inaugural champions Bent Street clash with the powerful Broad Street Bullies from approximately 21:45h. Both sides have some extremely talented players and would have been coming off some thumping victories during the play-offs.
Sparta Boss will also be in action when they face Agricola Balllers while West Front Road and West Back Road will entertain fans in the final match of the night.
The earlier matches pit Tiger Bay against Back Circle just after Albouystown face Sophia. The compact Tucville will also come up against North East La Penitence.
Upon the conclusion of the round-robin stage, the top two finishers and the best two third ranked teams from the respective groups will progress to the quarterfinal phase.
The winner of the tournament is set to pocket $400,000 and the championship trophy while the second, third and fourth place finishers will collect $200,000, $1 00,000 and $50,000 respectively and the correspondingly accolade.
