Guyana schools miss out on semifinal

St. Joseph’s High and School of the Nations lost their final matches in their respective group A and B on Thursday. Therefore both teams would miss playing in the semifinal although it was just St. Joseph which an outside chance of qualifying.
Lester Vaughn School defeated St. Joseph’s by 67 runs at Content ground while at Isolation ground; Combermere School beat School of the Nations by 117 runs.

The Semi Finals will be contested as follows: French Verandah St Vincent Community College (St. Vincent) versus Lodge School (Barbados) at 3W’s Oval, Cave Hill and Barbados Cricket League (BCL) Juniors versus Christchurch Foundation School at the Four Square Oval
The other 10 Playoff Match-ups will be announced at a later date and are scheduled to be played at the following grounds: Weymouth, Isolation, Empire, Rubis, Friendship, Gall Hill, Bridgefield, Briar Hall, James Bryan and Content
